Housing Placement Assistance and Homelessness Prevention

Keystone has limited funds for rental assistance including first month's rent and/or security deposit, rental arrears, and utility arrears.  Souderton Area School District residents are prioritized; others may be eligible depending on funding source and funds available.

Anyone in need of financial housing assistance should call 215-723-5430 or come to Keystone's office at 104 Main Street, Souderton for an application form.  An appointment with a community case manager is mandatory.  Verification of identity, income, and need are required, and is explained more fully on the application.  Budget counseling is also mandatory.  The case manager also links clients to other helpful community resources.
