Social Work/Case Management

Emergency financial assistance for rent, utilities, and other necessities is available. Social work and case management staff is available to assist in Spanish or Vietnamese. Keystone Opportunity Center is a community partner with the department of public assistance. Case managers can assist clients with applying for welfare benefits online.

The following services are provided:

Translation/Interpretation:

To request translation/interpretation services stop by the office to fill out a request form or contact the office at 215-723-5430 to make an appointment.
Languages offered include: Spanish, Vietnamese. Upon request other languages may be available.

Financial Assistance

· Depending on assistance needed and eligibility we offer emergency financial assistance for rent, utilities, and other necessities.
· Prior to discussing financial assistance an intake form is required to be filled out, which you can bring into the office along with:

Ø Valid ID

Ø Proof of the bill that needs to be paid

Ø Proof of residency

Ø Birth certificate

Ø Documentation of reason in need

Ø Client will be called back and if so determined by case manager
appointment will be scheduled
